You may have noticed… my approach is pretty DIFFERENT.👀 I spend A LOT more time, and energy, and money than most agents. That’s by design. Because I believe in the strategy and the results speak for themselves.😎
It’s a “seller’s market.” Which means most homes are selling quickly. But, I’m not interested in a quick, easy deal on Day 1. I have a strategy and let the whole thing play out, so that my clients net the most money possible on Day 5. The first offer is almost never the best offer. Competition maximizes value. And my clients win!🙌
On average, the homes I’ve listed this year have sold for 16% over asking! I make 3%. My clients come out way ahead. I love it.❤️
But what about appraisals? In this market, it’s mostly a non-issue.
